This policy covers the Lockstep Management LLC website. It explains what we collect when you use it and why.

What we collect

The price calculator on our See your price page doesn’t collect anything about you. If you then request a proposal, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, and details about your community or property (such as its name, ZIP code, size and current management). If you leave your details with Ask Lockstep, we collect the name and email address or phone number you give it. We don’t ask for bank details, Social Security numbers or financial records through the website.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to set up management services. We send your submission to our team by email and, if you gave us an email address, send you a confirmation. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.

Ask Lockstep and the sample board package

Ask Lockstep (the chat on this site) and the sample board package builder use an AI service from Anthropic. What you type is sent to that service, and we use it only to write a response. If you share your contact details in the chat and ask us to follow up, we email them, with the conversation, to our team. Please don’t enter sensitive personal or financial information.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this site: website hosting, an email delivery service to send form submissions and confirmations, an AI service for the chat and the sample board package, and spam protection on the form. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count page visits and form submissions in aggregate. It doesn’t track you across other websites.

The online owner and resident portal is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy, available when you log in.
